Provide excellent service in face-to-face interactions to build and enhance relationships with customers. Ensure smooth business operations and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services.
Possess a strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Handle walk-in customers efficiently by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets company and industry standards.
Demonstrate reasonably strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
