Responsibilities:

• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage customers to purchase insurance policies.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote insurance products effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote BJAK Life Insurance products and services.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
• Listen empathetically to customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
