1. Reports to the Marketing Manager/Director.
   Plans, initiates, build and maintain good customer relationships
2. Good command in written and spoken English and ability to respond on customer complaint in timely manner.
3. Participates in exhibition and Semiconductors  trade shows.  
4. Liaise with Technical team to provide feedback and inputs to support annual Quality audit process.
5. Liaise with Finance team on Sales order processing and credit control.
6. Liaise with Factory material planner for weekly shipments and delivery schedules.
7. Coordinate between Factory Engineering team and Customers on product FAI status.

Education Level

• Degree or diploma in Marketing / Mechanical Engineering

Skill & Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer services environment / manufacturing environment
• Experience in manufacturing of Leadframes material for Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Good knowledge in engineering / Semiconductor products
• Knowledge in basic audit requirement for ISO9001:2008 QMS, ISO14001:2004 EMS, ISO/TS16949
• Ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills, suitable for a multi-racial and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the process plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility.
• Develop plant and equipment configuration so that they can be readily adapted to suit the product range and the process technologies involved.
• Assess options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models.
• Optimise production by analysing processes and compiling de-bottleneck studies.
• Research new products from trial through to commercialisation and improving product lines.
• Establish potential safety issues related to the project operator, the environment, the process and the product are considered at all stages.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemical, Applied Science or relevant field.
• Familiarity of engineering principles and mathematics.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good methodical approach with good attention to detail.
• Proven work experience as a chemical engineer or relevant role.

• 了解 ISO9001:2008 QMS、ISO14001:2004 EMS、ISO/TS16949 的基本審核要求
