• Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT industry with relevant experience in technology solution or support service delivery in the banking/financial industry
• Sound Understanding of ITIL, SDLC
• Good and assertive communicator in speaking & writing
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and weekends or off business hours
• Experience in L2 or L3 production support
• Business knowledge background of either Core Banking or Cards
• Technology knowledge background of AS400 - Silverlake (core banking or cards module)
• Willing to work on Shifts

Good to Have:

• Knowledge on enterprise tools, i.e. MQ, Connect Direct, Control M etc
• Knowledge on monitoring, log analytics, automation tools, i.e. Geneos, Splunk, Ansible, Grafana, Elastic Search etc   

• Degree/Diploma in computer science/engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience working in IT industry with relevant experience in Technology solutions or support service delivery in the banking industry
• Experience in SilverLake banking system, preference is Core Banking, Deposits (CASA), Loans, ATM, Payment products
• Technically good in As400, db2, RPG, Cobol, etc
• Experience in AS400/iSeries database and operation system for 3-5 years
• Experience in system architecture and design and SDLC

• Provide technical and functional support for Murex, including investigation and resolution of issues, analysis of user requirements, and implementation of enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of the Murex system and related applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during release cycles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Murex support and financial technology.

• Prior experience in Murex support, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues in Murex platform.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and derivatives.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages.
• Experience in working with SQL and databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and balancing conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Murex modules such as Murex Risk, Murex Accounting, Murex MLC, and Murex Reporting is a plus.
