b) Troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipments
c) Autocad, knowledge in drafting, basic measuring and design skills

Duties and Responsibilities
· To design, coordinate, supervise, implement etc of mechanical building services (HVAC, Process Utilities, Fire Fighting, Lift etc).
· To design, coordinate, supervise, implement etc of electrical building services (electrical, ELV etc).
· Prepare engineering calculations using appropriate software.
· Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings.
· Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports.
· Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants, and contractors.
· To liaise with local authorities and coordinate with other consultant teams
· To assist in overall project implementation from initial start to final hand over.
· To attend all projects meeting as and when required and to coordinate with clients, architects, contractors etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical discipline.
· Required skill(s): Mechanical / Electrical Building Services Design & Calculation, Cost Estimation, Documentation, Supervision, Project Coordination & Management, AutoCAD/Autodest Revit, BIM is an added advantage.
· Applicant must possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
· Preferably with working experiences in local engineering consultancy firm.
· Highly motivated and work well in a team and challenging environment
· Applicant without above academic qualifications but relevant years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
