The Executive / Senior Executive shall participate and support the Project In-Charge in meeting the transformational requirements of the hospital or projects.

Your job duties include:

• Facilitate/Join working sessions with stakeholders towards defined/achieving project deliverables and timeframe
• Work with relevant cluster/hospital level workgroups to align projects and deliver project objectives
• Assist/conduct project feasibility study, project exploratory (i.e. Proof Of Concept/piloting) and tendering process
• Provide technical solutioning, analytical review and process review for the projects assigned
• Ensure timely updates or escalation of issues at appropriate levels
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of projects
• Manage project development and implementation (i.e. funding/grant approval and testing for operationalization)
• Technical review on current trending technology or technology relevant to project at hand. Provide proposal for next stage project development or potential technology that can be implemented in SGH
• Manage general administration duty

Job Requirement

• Degree with minimum 2 years working experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations
• Knowledge or qualification in robotic engineering, mechatronics, robotics programming, project management, human factors or any other relevant to above job function is preferred
• Able to manage/recommend/facilitate project changes accordingly will be an advantage
• Experience with vendor management will be an advantage

As an Engineer in 3D Printing Centre (3DP), your job responsibilities include the following:

• Lead project engagements towards defining design requirements. To also advice on material suitability and robustness
• Work with Center Manager to establish and execute relevant approaches to healthcare Engineering Design. Ensure proper documentation and archiving of each procedure and product design
• Apply industry-leading technologies and deploy good engineering practices in additive manufacturing to drive and undertake projects and training
• Keep abreast with all necessary accreditation and QMS requirements applicable to 3DP
• Maintain software and systems used with the latest enhancement and libraries
• Maintain machines to ensure running in optimal operational condition, ensure high standards of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, as well as ensure the governance process parameters for 3D printing, pre and post processing and inspection of components are suitable for use cases in the hospital
• Support new projects in the area of in-house production of surgical implants and advanced surgical guides
• In charge of peripherals and inventory managed under the Engineering Team
• Owner of design depository and project timeline
• Provide next level 360 feedback
• Assist in all matters and projects in relation with the Engineering team
• Keep abreast with development in 3D technology applicable to healthcare

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant engineering preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in the Additive manufacturing field
• Prior experience in the operation of 3D Printers of different technologies, including but not limited to FDM, SLA, SLS and MJF technologies
• Experience in CAD software packages particular related to Medical 3D Printing
• Understanding of design requirements and methodologies for 3D printing
• Experience in anatomical model, surgical guides and implants design would be highly advantageous
• Basic understanding of human anatomy and medical imaging processing would be helpful
• Able to establish good rapport and network with internal or external parties
• Ability to facilitate discussions with different levels of staff
• Grasp of technology trend in specific those influencing healthcare
• Experience in medical device accreditation and QMS would be an advantage

You will perform basic services in the Operating Theatres that include, but are not limited to setting up of Operating Theatre suites and basic equipment set-up to meet surgical list for the day. You will ensure that the daily cleaning of patient trolleys and floors in the operating rooms, as well as the preparation of operating rooms in between cases to meet the Hospital’s Infection Control Practices. You also assist the surgical team in transferring and positioning patient onto the operating table, adjusting Operating Theatre lights when assigned.

Requirement

• GCE N/ O Levels
• Candidates who have completely WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Operating Theatres / Sterilisation Services) will be an advantage
• Relevant working experience as Operating Theatre Technical Assistant / Operating Theatre Technical Associate is preferred
• Meticulous, and able to work with little supervision
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts (7am to 3.35pm; 1pm to 9.35pm; 9pm to 7.30am), including weekends and public holidays

Job Description

Youwill be responsible for performing all clinical outcomes assessments accuratelyand safely, as well as, assisting with all technical tasks, data entry andreporting. You will perform basic equipment checks to ensure proper functioningof equipment. You will also conduct patient-reported outcome survey, generate patient reports and other administrative duties.

Requirements

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the provision of sterile and serviceable surgical instruments and equipment to operating theatres and procedural rooms by ensuring all aspects of sterile processing: decontamination, inspection, preparation, packaging, sterilisation, storage and distribution. You will also be required to troubleshoot and repair a variety of simple diagnostics and therapeutic biomedical equipment to maximise equipment availability for patient care.
