Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Call and remind participants who have taken their first dose of HPV vaccination to complete their second and third dose
• Call participants who have indicated their interest to go for their HPV vaccination
• Provide backroom and administrative support for the (HPV, CCAM, BCAM programmes)
• Collate and process invoices from the partners/ general practitioners (GPs) (HPV programme)
• Attend to partners and GP enquiries
• Outreach to GPs to come onboard the programme
• Plan and prepare monthly reports for the HPV programme and for relevant partners
• Provide timely support and maintain a high level of engagement with the partners
• Ensure timely communication to all partners
• Ensure that the related records are keyed into the internal data system
• Draw up the annual report write-up for related projects

Front desk duties
