You will ideally have worked in smaller organisations with an ability to work on end-end initiatives. Experience of working at business readiness stages is particularly of interest.

Knowledge of Wealth Dynamics is nice to have but not essential. You must have worked with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of both. Exposure to working with C-level stakeholders is a preference.
