Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market needs and opportunities.
- Identify customer trends and market dynamics.
Sales and Proposal Development:
- Develop sales proposals and tender documents for key accounts.
- Produce design prototypes, visualizations, and mock-ups.
Risk Management and Operations:
- Perform basic risk assessments.
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
Logistics Services and Customer Relations:
- Coordinate logistics services to meet customer needs.
- Provide administrative support for project management processes.
- Propose improvements in supply chain operations.
Technology Integration:
- Gather information on the latest technology trends.
- Review technology trends and apply them to enhance logistics business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (or equivalent professional qualifications) in Logistics/Supply Chain with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales and business development.
- Possesses strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong customer orientation and customer relationship mindset.
- Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
