Role Summary
The Chief Product Officer will be a key member of our executive team, driving the vision, design, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in engineering of robust vertical software platforms, a proven track record in leading product development, demonstrating a deep understanding of the educational and science technology market, user experience design, and agile product engineering methodologies.
Responsibilities
· Define and lead the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities.
· Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iteration, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
· Build, lead, and expand the Product Management and UX Design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product goals are met and market feedback is incorporated into product development.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
· Develop and manage the product roadmap, setting clear goals and milestones to guide the development process and measure success.
· Lead product delivery from ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve user experience.
· Advocate for the implementation of advanced AI technologies within product offerings, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of EdTech and SciTech innovations.
· Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, build relationships, and promote our product vision.
