• Work with the Operations team to provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Process customer's orders/ inquiries timely and accurately.
• communicate discrepancies/ issues to Manager when necessary.
• Proactively alert 3PLs and customers in the event any service deviation from standard transport mapping.
• Responsible and familiarise with track and trace systems.
• Continuous update thtough communication channels on current status from 3PLs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

• Final year students in Supply Chain/ Transportation/ Logistics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

As a Senior Executive in the Above Market Customer Success Team, you will be supporting the Above Market Customer Success Consulting Lead and Analytic & Insights Lead to work with cross-functional/countries team service the regional headquarters of NIQ global clients

  • Facilitating daily two-way communication with clients as well as internal stakeholders.
• Be the channel for Voice of Client
  • Be the channel for clients to share their voices and work with Consulting Lead/Analytics Lead in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the drive of NPS participation rate & positive score, and be part of the execution of NPS action plans.
• Results & Outcome Focus
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing errorless reports, developing insights based on analysis of various data-sets, and crafting actionable recommendations that lead to opportunities & outcomes, including generating sales leads for NIQ across solution/products
  • Deliver against the joint business plan designed in alignment with the client to answer the client’s business priorities.
  • Contribute to QBO.
  • Support the Consulting Lead in the Governance Process & Discussion, as well as escalation management.
