Job Scope:
• Write and develop existing upgrade or new automated programming coding for customized test-rig/equipment.
• Responsible for hardware system microprocessor selection and I/O module integration.
• Tracing and troubleshooting knowledge of programming bugs.
• Lead in providing technical support and troubleshooting for test device or equipment failures
• Review technical solutions, advice on solutions, empower and guide team members.
• Lead in pursuing lab digitalization topic in tandem with Business Unit’s Objectives & Key Results (OKR)
• Responsible to achieve development target in quality and time for the specific technical area.
• Responsible as lead to develop the necessary test device/equipments with cooperation with Test Engineers
• Define sourcing and purchase of maintenance spare parts inventory for test device and equipment
• Create new preventive maintenance procedures and methods (if necessary) in cooperation with Test Engineers.
• Perform testing and commissioning works and release of verification report for test device and equipments
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Follow the test device project schedule according to new test device setup process
• Apply all processes according to valid PT and Bosch procedures published in BGN
• Support and take over special tasks on section and department level as assigned by the superior

1. To setup derivative test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by CoC team accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
• Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)

      2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test  
          system.

      3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV
          defined by CoC team and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and
          calibration process (such of flashing of memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line
          with test procedure.

      4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

      5. General support on the following:

• To participate in FOR daily meeting, project meeting to monitor daily operation issue test related.
• To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG.
• To analysis MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.

       6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to.

• Annual price negotiations with manufacturers
• Supporting development teams in the selection process of components
• Do cross references and portfolio analyses on component commodity level
• Act as an interface between the supplier, Distributor and Bosch related departments,support purchase order and tool orders from EMS to a central distributor
• Maintain SAP for purchasing and logistic data.
