KEY RESULT AREAS/MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To be fully conversant with the Supply Chain Departments Materials Management policies, procedures and safe systems of work. 2. Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator (West)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory monitoring.
• Issue purchase orders and support transactional activities in the Inventory System.
• Analyze inventory and implement solutions for improved turnover.
• Ensure smooth supply chain operations by identifying gaps and implementing process improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for timely component arrivals and order expediting.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and comply with ISO guidelines.
• Develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
• Source suppliers for electrical equipment and spare parts.
• Fulfill customer orders with timely and accurate order processing and excellent service.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct semi-annual stock takes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably a member of Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (SIPMM)
• Strong grasp of supply chain management, including procurement, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Industry knowledge in maritime and offshore operations, including basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MuRho Inventory management system.
