The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Country Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will work closely with executive Large Customer Sales (LCS) sales leadership in Pakistan and Malaysia to enable Sales teams to deliver customer success, while driving higher growth and productivity.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will act as a key business partner to the Pakistan and Malaysia Country Manager, partnering with them to maximize business and enable sellers to execute effectively, removing roadblocks where needed. You are passionate about both business strategy and operations, have good problem solving skills, seek to drive process improvements, consistency and can harness the power of data to drive insights.

In this role, you will respond to problem statements raised by local leadership team via hypothesis generation, analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and communicating recommendations. You will develop strong working relationships across Seattle and APAC GTM, Malaysia and Pakistan Large Customer Sales, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Finance, gTech, Google Customer Solutions).

As our Research Strategy and Governance Manager, you'll join a senior team that is responsible for delivering high-quality research and analysis, and for developing the wider council's research capability. In this role you will lead work to enhance our research governance - establishing a council-wide approach to ensures all the research we do is high quality, ethical and shaped with input from residents and communities.

In this role you will engage with researchers, stakeholders from across the council's different service functions and with our most senior leadership forums to shape the council's strategy around public involvement in research, equality diversity and inclusion in research and to develop and embed an enhanced framework for research governance. You'll need to navigate a complex political environment, and using your experience to identify established best practice, and where new thinking and innovation can add most value. As a Strategy & Operations Lead, you’ll be a key strategic partner for Global Content Organization leaders across

strategy, operations and processes. You’ll be responsible for leveraging analytical and strategic thinking to shape

and drive key Content priorities. You will drive critical projects end-to-end from strategy to execution, including

connecting the dots between global strategies and regional execution, needs and insights. As a Content Strategy &

Operations Lead, you’ll partner closely with our Content leadership team and XFN partners to develop and bring to

life data-driven strategies to accelerate growth globally.

What you’ll do:

● Work directly with key Global Content Organization leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to grow the creator ecosystem, team productivity and operational efficiency.

● Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading

analyses, building relevant working groups, and developing final recommendations.

● Leverage insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics, and communicate recommendations to GCO leadership and the broader organization.

● Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Analytics, Product, Finance and Business Operations.

● Connect the dots between global programs and regional execution and needs.

● Proactively identify and redefine opportunities that improve and scale our business (e.g. processes, systems, operational improvements).

What we’re looking for:

● 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/media company

● Experience in the content / creators space

● Demonstrated problem solving experience leveraging data-driven business insights

● Proven ability to drive impact in a complex, fast-paced environment

● Organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused, with a bias for action

● Understanding of tech platforms plus experience in systems and tools to support pipeline management

● Strong analytical skills - familiarity with SQL and independently querying and structuring data, Tableau and Salesforce preferred.

● Strong communication skills, with an ability to present to senior executives and engage with all parts of the organization.

Objectives of this role

§Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

§Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

§Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

§Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Responsibilities

§Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

§Implementation and execution of the PMO, by helping establish a clear vision with delivery route map including interim milestones and long term measures of success / key performance indicators

§Standardising Project Management systems and processes - Creating new/ Improving current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

§Developing the PMO tools and resources to adaptably manage a portfolio of transformational projects with predictable consistency, efficiency, and success

§Defining the appropriate standards of governance and ownership of the project delivery lifecycles

§Represent Venture Head – Digital Health to the rest of the organisation in establishing the credibility and deliverability of the PMO.

Job Description

• Providing inputs as well as assisting the CSO and management team on key issues
• Plan and direct the organisation’s strategic and long-range goals
• Design/Revise the organisation’s business strategies and long-range goals through plan-do-check-act activities
• Monitor the regular business reviews, proactive data analysis and strategic planning
• Leverage with internal & external stakeholders to identify strategic priorities, develop initiatives, and build long-term strategic plans to drive growth

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), along with intermediate-level database skills.
