Your new role

This role will report into the Head of HR and you will be responsible for running the company payroll effectively on a monthly basis, including accurate processing, liaising with the payroll bureau and stakeholders, inputting overtime, SSP, allowances and other payments. Prepare and submit the P11Ds to HMRC and maintain all payroll administration.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for the position will have proven experience in payroll management of 200 + employees, knowledge of payroll regulations,i.e PAYE, NI and SSP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use Payroll/ HR systems and a good level of Excel.
Available for an immediate start and can commit to a minimum of 6 months.

• Run a series of 12-week rehabilitation programmes.

• Be able to promote self-directed activity using pre-recorded on demand classes and a journal which will aid in the participants being able to self-manage their condition after the 12-week Programme.

To be responsible (with support from line manager) for the day-to-day management, education, and appraisal of physiotherapy students during placements MANAGERIAL To be responsible for a designated area of work, as agreed with the band 7 Physiotherapists and to plan and organise efficiently and effectively with regard to patient management and useof time. To decide priorities for own work area, balancing other patient related and professional demands. To plan your own caseload to meet service and patient priorities, including readjusting plans as situations change and providing support to other team members as needed. To line manage, supervise and appraise junior/assistant staff. To collect appropriate data and monthly statistics for the use of the department and CNWL NHS Foundation Trust. To be aware of Health and Safety aspects of your work and implement any policies that may be required to improve the safety of your work area, including your prompt recording and reporting of incidents/accidents to senior staff, and ensuring that equipment use is safe and that you and others are competent. To comply with the organisational and departmental policies and procedures and to be involved in the reviewing and updating as appropriate and to follow the general professional guidelinesand standards from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). To undertake any other duties that may be considered appropriate by the band 7 Physiotherapists.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo

• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.

• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.

• SAP/WMS, timely updating

• Track & Trace shipping details with Forwarding agents

• Weekly Cycle Count report

• Ensuring Quality of all customer services meet the required standard. Updating of shipment / Domestic deliveries status.

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

Requirements:

• Experience in WMS system / SAP

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Proficient in data warehouse concepts and development skills spanning multiple design techniques.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in data modelling in Power BI, including M-Query and DAX
• Experienced in advanced Power BI features like RLS, incremental data load, performance tuning, dataflow, Power BI REST Api etc.
• Should have good exposure working with diverse set of visuals and various data sources like SQL Server, big Query etc.
• Extensive experience in T-SQL
• Design, analyze, develop, test and debug Power BI reports and dashboards to satisfy business requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Performance tuning for Power BI reports
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization and be able to devise the technical solution as it relates to the business & technical requirements.
• Ability to manage small teams and drive small engagements.
• Experienced in Client communication and stakeholder management.
