The opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Enterprise Planning & Finance Operations, you would have overall accountability for driving strategic planning function across the enterprise. Additionally, you would lead all aspects of the financial planning and analysis function and management reporting to support OTPP’s Executive Team, investment leadership team, and divisions to inform decision making.

What you'll do

This position will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of the enterprise’s Integrated Plan, connecting the enterprise strategy, investment plan, workforce plan, and financial budget.

• Leading the annual Enterprise-wide objective and target setting process including Enterprise and Divisional Scorecard development and related metrics and provide monthly Executive Team and quarterly board updates and overall governance.

• Performing a key leadership role with Chief Strategy Officer senior leadership teams and planning leads across all Divisions including asset class strategy/planning leads for aligning and integrating Divisional strategies.

• Leading strategic planning and discussions across Finance in partnership with the CEO, CFO, SMD Finance and other Division leads/teams as appropriate.

• Supporting Chief Strategy Office in the development of OTPP’s 5-year strategy.

• Delivering and enhancing the design and analysis of monthly and quarterly management reporting for the Executive Team, investment leadership team, and divisional leadership teams to support decision making, including the establishment of the appropriate KPI’s and other metrics needed to run the business, including department and total fund metrics and related insights.

• Providing oversight of financial analysis, modelling, budgeting & forecasting and all related reporting to develop insights into cost structure to support prioritization, resourcing and strategic business decisions.

• Acting as business lead to be accountable for automation and streamlining of management reporting and continued deployment of self-service tools, and implementation of planning tool, with support from teams across the enterprise.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of professional experience (financial services experience preferable in Investment or Asset Management industry).

• CPA/CA (preferred), CFA or MBA.

The Director of Global Workforce Planning and Location Strategy will play an important role in devising and implementing Morningstar’s global workforce and location strategy.  The role reports to the Head of Strategy, and Analytics within Morningstar’s People & Culture (HR) function.  The role will work closely with business leaders to understand and forecast headcount needs that support short- and long-term business plans for a global, matrixed organization.  This role will leverage market, operational and human capital data to model workforce options and make data driven recommendations.  This role will partner with finance, and facilities to identify optimal work locations considering local labor trends, talent pools and economic and political landscapes.  This role will have experience with change management and support employees and managers when implementing location change.   This role will create and share metrics as to the success of implemented strategies.

The Program Director is accountable for leading and executing core projects and programs in support of Prime’s home delivery and specialty pharmacy strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the execution of a complex set of programs and critical initiatives related to the home delivery and specialty pharmacy strategy and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work efforts and Prime’s overall specialty strategy

• Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies for growth and renewal opportunities

• Provide comprehensive, accurate, timely and relevant analysis and reporting to inform Prime’s management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 8 years of analytic, account management, product development, project management or consultative experience within healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, health care consulting or other highly regulated industry

• 2 years of program management experience

As a key member of the team leading Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) Strategy and Business Development, the Director of Strategy & Business Development IGT-S will be a key force in setting and executing the strategic direction for Philips’ IGT-S business unit (BU). The IGT-S BU is the global leader in providing Interventional Imaging equipment and software to assist Interventionalist in performing minimally invasive surgeries, and is primarily based in Best, the Netherlands and Pune, India.
