Community Psychiatric Nurse
The Early Interventions Team provides a service for those people with onset psychoses between the ages of 17-65.The aim of the service is to provide intensive care using the Assertive community team meodel, to prevent relapse, reduce the number of "revolving door" admissions, ensure effective treatment for resistant symptoms, reduce the incidence of suicide and maximise an individual's personal and social functioning.

The Senior Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to support with complex cases. Must be familiar with community occupational therapy work and ideally experienced in care act / adult social care settings. Beneficial if familiar with IAS.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist (OT) you will will form part of a positive, enthusiastic team providing care act assessments and specialist occupational therapy support for customers in Barrow, Ulverston, Dalton, Askham areas. You will support less qualified team members and support the team manager in their work to provide a high level service. Full training and support will be provided. Ongoing attendance at local training events where appropriate will be enabled.
Full or part time hours will be considered. Car driver essential as you will be working in the community. Hybrid working available, with some remote working.
Excellent pay rate of £37.21 per hour.
