Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Basic Accounting / Book-keeping.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording account data.
• Maintain good record of accounting entries.
• Ensure documents are properly organized, maintained and filled in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least relevant acciunting qualification.
• Advantage to experienced candidate.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

• A graduate with a bachelor's degree in accountancy or financial management in Accounting or Financial Management in Accounting
• At least one year of work experience in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping procedures
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft/Advanced Excel and other Microsoft programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

Account

• Manage full set of accounts
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions on accounts payable and receivable, banking,
  etc.
• Perform compliance check on transactions
• Prepared monthly Bank Reconciliations and posting of journal entries
  Issue of invoice and credit notes
• Oversee invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are paid correctly and promptly
• Work closely with relevant vendors and suppliers whenever required
• Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals
• Managed petty cash book and cash disbursements
• Verified of OT claims, monthly incentive and allowance payout
• Prepared payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in timely and accurate
  manner, overtime computations and time sheet verifications
• In charge of stock take
• Performed analysis and interpretation of financial results and performance of the
  company
• Preparation of monthly P&L and annual Financial reports.

• REQUIREMENT
• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and above
• Min 2 years’ relevant working experience in Account/HR/Admin Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent, Good communication, organisational skills and with multi-tasking abilities
• Meticulous and sharp attention to details
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
