We're seeking individuals like you, who prioritise customer satisfaction, possess a strong interest in IT, telecommunications, and social media, and demonstrate the determination to excel, work independently, and adapt to travel as needed.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Visiting customer premises to install or troubleshoot routers, modems, set-top boxes, and more.
- Assisting customers with basic user instructions after the initial setup.
- Transitioning between various job locations as you deliver the aforementioned services.
- Operating on a rotating shift schedule, spanning five days a week from Monday to Sunday.
