Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of facilities.
• Scheduling of routine maintenance of facilities and execute work order.
• Troubleshooting any issues with the plant utility systems.
• Supervise junior facilities staff and train them on safety procedures.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
• Perform any duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• With related working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical industry
• Good hands-on experience in troubleshooting and servicing industrial equipment
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
