Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on large-scale residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
