Join our team as a Tele- Marketing Executive to embark on an exciting journey to connect with Successful Personality. You play a vital role in conducting research on successful people in Malaysia & Singapore. Your primary responsibilty is to reach out to these personalities and invite them for an interview session with our  dedicated editors to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes market research & interview invitation.

Responsibilties :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Making outbound calls to prospective personalities

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule an interview appointment  ( F2F or Video Call ) with the personality for our dedicated editors throughout all states.

- To collaborate closely with the editors to ensure monthly sales & appointment held targets are achieved

Requirements :

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field. 

2) Proven min 2 years  experience in telemarketing , sales or customer service 

3) Proficiency & Fluency in English is essential

4)  Excellent verbal communication skills 

5) Clear and confident phone manner

6) Good relevant product knowledge

7) Willingness to accept responsibility & to embrace work challenges

8) A positive attitude and sunny disposition

• Manage/ update demand forecast
• Partner with sales, customer service team and factory planning and optimize product availabilities
• Support expedite requests from customer service team and provide product delivery schedule
• Manage and monitor inventory level and allocate inventory
• Product shipment support including coordinating urgent shipment arrangement with logistics team, confirming shipment / billing status
• Assist customer service team with order cancellation and push out request, check WIP status
• Support RMA related functions including coordination with factory planning and returning products to factory
• Support ad-hoc requests such as checking date code, support material creation, production locations, country of origin

Job Summary:

This role will work in the Global Sales - Business Management team to provide on-going support of business forecasting, analysis and reporting.  This candidate will focus on extracting data and make meaningful and value-add reporting.   This position requires effective communications skills; internal and external, written and verbal. Advance ability to pull, analyze, create, and format data for review and further analysis.

•  Compiling, analyzing, and reporting data (sales, supply chain related, billings, backlog, etc.)
•  Analyzing and reporting and providing actionable insights on data
•  Manage and track special reporting projects; ensure data integrity
•  Provide ad-hoc reporting/data, plus analytical support for management.
•  Support various sales ops related ad hoc and integration projects
