工作目的/概述

負責整體日常銷售管理和協調工作。與銷售團隊密切合作，為團隊提供行政支援。

主要職責/職責：

• 透過了解招標要求並參加招標，進行徹底的現場考察
• 在招標簡報或現場考察期間與客戶進行招標簡報和問答
• 編制準確且必要的工程數量和成本核算以及全面的用戶需求詳細信息
• 監督和維護專案時間表，以便在不增加公司和客戶成本的情況下按時交付。這也包括管理勞動成本和工作效率。
• 在專案的各個方面與客戶/PIC以及公司利害關係人（即PM / GM（總經理））持續並保持適當的溝通
• 準備一份經過客戶認可的每日現場日記。必要時，在對初始工作範圍進行任何更改之前，提供現場備忘錄和更改請求文件以供客戶確認。
• 變更請求也應該記錄下來並突出顯示給
  立即PM。
• 每天/及時提供必要的書面和圖片報告。這包括使用智慧表進行時間表/進度更新，同時必須對任何問題登記採用立即方法並直接向專案經理報告。
• 所有BQ 設備必須每天更新，並準確記錄有價值的資訊和備註，即安裝狀態和確切位置、序號和記錄的產品代碼/名稱、未安裝的項目和項目成本下涵蓋的附加附加元件以及變更請求。
• 確保我們的安裝品質和 T&C 符合要求的標準和客戶的期望。
• 確定技術問題並確保所有問題都得到妥善解決。
• 審查工程任務並啟動必要的糾正措施。

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related civil, mechanical, or related field.
• Responsible for leading entire Operation Department.
  Proven experience as a General Manager or similar management role familiar with all areas of the business and can coordinate processes and operations across the organization.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (sales, finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Oversee all sites to monitor compliance with project and safety procedures & regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and chair site coordination with clients and the site team.
• Regular updates to management on the project progression and status with regards to its completion.
• Must good in customer relationship management.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports and ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
• Good in planning, budgeting, marketing and business development skills to approach for new business and potential client.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
• Responsible for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling and achieving the targeted project profitability.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project report.
  Perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
• To strictly adhere to ISO and OHS requirements when carry out auditing and daily task.
