8 Kallang Avenue #07-01/09 Aperia Tower 1, SingaporeAs the Manager of Global Mobility for Asia, you will act as the trusted thought partner to the Asia Pacific and China organizations and the global HR function by providing bespoke mobility solutions and advice for all cross-border moves in the region. You will balance efficiency, colleague experience, compliance, and business needs.
The successful candidate will also play a pioneering role in the evolution of the Global Mobility CoE (Center of Expertise) as it undergoes transformational change, which requires reimagining its purpose and guiding principles, revamping existing processes, and strengthening its role in the organization’s talent strategies.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Mobility and can be based in any location in Asia, but preferably in Singapore or China. We are also open to applications from Malaysia, Hong Kong or Taiwan.
Co-create the direction and purpose of the Global Mobility function to evolve beyond a tactical function to be recognized as a strategic talent mobility business partner.
Responsible for smooth relocation processes for inbound mobility into the Asia Pacific and China regions as well as intra-regional moves, with strong support from Relocation Management Company (RMC) partners and tax and Immigration consultants.
Engage with and educate stakeholders, particularly assignees, HR colleagues, and business leaders, on the Global Mobility philosophy, policies, and processes.
Assess and manage exceptions to policy.
Monitor the performance of external partners in the mobility ecosystem and propose corrective actions, where applicable.
Leverage data to provide insights into Global Mobility costs and processes and propose data-driven solutions to optimize our talent mobility strategies.
Contribute towards the development of new and updated policy/frameworks and process enhancements for Global Mobility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Have at 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Global Mobility within Asia Pacific or China, and be proficient in managing global mobility tax, immigration, and social security issues on behalf of individuals and corporations.
Prior experience managing global cross-border moves in companies or with Relocation Management Companies (RMCs).
Able to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict, and advocate for change.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin/ Chinese is highly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented.
Possess good time management and organizational abilities.

About you
Otis Elevator is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales (Maintenance Sales) Consultant. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the Service Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling elevator and escalator service agreements to both new and existing customers. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our service contract portfolio.
What you will be doing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers for elevator and escalator service agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their service needs and promote contract renewals and upgrades.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to develop tailored service solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance their experience.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value of Otis service offerings.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new service agreements and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify competitive advantages and position Otis as a leader in elevator and escalator services.
What you will need to be successful
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or related industries.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and effectively convey the value of service agreements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineer or a related field is preferred.

About You
We are looking for a Project Manager based in Milton, Queensland, for our Queens Wharf Brisbane project. This is a 12-month fixed-term role and reports to the Operations Manager for New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (MOD).
In this role, you will be key in managing and administering Otis NE & Mod contracts according to Otis’s ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP).

Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and maintains the resource plan.
Maintains a high-performance team by recruiting, developing, and motivating field labor, setting appropriate standards of performance, and coaching the team.
Ensures that Installation teams maintain approved site programs, attend site meetings, and exercise line authority over all allocated installation field labor.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government inspectors, consultants, and within the Otis to understand business challenges and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.
Ensures that reports, contract records, site diaries, accident reports, time sheets, and manpower charts are completed and submitted as required by Otis policies/procedures and state requirements.
Proactively reports project risk and deliverable issues and participates in monthly project reviews with the branch and head office.
A tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering is preferred, and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.
Minimum five (5) years experience in project managing Lift installations.
Engage frequently and effectively with various stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective planning and organizational skills.
Be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Able to work autonomously and in a team with minimal supervision.

1) To plan, supervise and assign work to examiners, repairmen, spare men and helpers working under them and ensure that they carry out their duties within the frame work of maintenance contracts in safe and efficient manner.
2) To plan and carryout AES, evaluate maintenance quality and assign workmen to carryout corrective measures. Estimate for work not prescribed within the parameters of the maintenance contract and submit quotations to customers.
3) To conduct New Installation Surveys and accept elevators under maintenance
4) To negotiate with customers for renewal of maintenance contracts and book orders for new maintenance contracts / recoveries / T orders
5) To allow overtime, approve hours booked on time tickets against work completed, allowances and expenses incurred for the purpose of salary payment.
6) To approve leave applications, evaluate, performance recommend promotions and disciplinary measures for employees working under them.
7) To supervise and implement safety procedures and conduct Tool Box Talks.
