• 準備並向管理階層提交有關通路銷售績效和計畫的報告、預測和建議。

資格/要求

• 工商管理、行銷、銷售或相關領域的學士學位。

• 擁有10 年通路銷售管理或類似職位經驗，最好是在軟包裝產業。

• 了解軟包裝實驗室設備者優先。

• 在發展和管理通路合作夥伴關係以及推動銷售成長方面擁有良好的成功記錄。

• 對銷售原則、通路和市場動態有深入的了解。

• 優秀的溝通、談判和人際溝通能力。

• 能夠在快節奏的環境中有效地執行多項任務、確定優先順序並管理時間。

• 精通CRM 軟體和Microsoft Office 套件。

• 擁有自己的交通工具，願意90%的工作時間在國內、東南亞、南亞出差。
