Job Descriptions:
Champion waste reduction by applying lean manufacturing principles effectively.
Utilize industrial engineering techniques such as line balancing and time studies, along with optimizing both internal and external material flows, to enhance the efficiency of both direct and indirect manufacturing labor.
Design and implement efficient workstation layouts to support operator efficiency.
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on their operational impact, within the guidelines set by management.
Apply suitable lean methodologies to evaluate current practices and pinpoint key bottlenecks that hinder progress.
Compile and present necessary documentation to detail project status during management meetings as required.
Quantify, record, and report the cost savings from modifications in processes.
Review and refine existing work instructions, and develop instructions for new products as needed.
Lead and contribute to the setup of new production lines, when applicable.
Perform additional tasks as periodically delegated by supervisors or management.
Job Requirements
Hold a degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, in speaking and writing. Fluency in Mandarin is beneficial but not mandatory, as this role involves communication with colleagues in China.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office or similar software.
Must have personal transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
Capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal oversight.

Overall Job Purpose

Education Level
• Degree in Pharmacy/ Biomedical Science/ Microbiology/Science
Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry- Multisector
• Experience in Vaccines is an added advantage
• Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and strong sales achievement
• Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills
• Good track record in sales, with a history of achieving results
• No experience but with a good business acumen can be considered
