We are looking for experienced and dynamic Band 6 Senior Theatre Practitioners whom are looking to develop their practice at Eastbourne and Conquest Hospital. Working in elective and emergency theatres predominantly with orthopaedic experience.
You must be committed to providing excellent standards of patient care with good communication skills.
Candidates need to show professionalism, maturity, reliability, flexibility and be highly motivated individuals seeking a challenge and to thrive in a busy environment.
The theatre department is committed to offering a first rate service and supporting staff development. You will receive ongoing support from our practice educators and continuing professional development along with opportunities to enhance your experience. You will also be responsible for supporting, mentoring and developing junior staff.
The Band 6 Specialist Theatre practitioner will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective service on a daily basis to deliver safe patient care within an environment that promotes a responsive approach to changing healthcare needs, they will be supported by the Department Matron and Deputy Lead Theatre Practitioner.
