Main roles and responsibilities for Montigo Resorts, Nongsa
Responsible for General Inquires & group coordination between Singapore Sales Office and Batam Operations. Managing the relationship, qualifying and evaluating hotline inquiries in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for all general inquiries.
· Build rapport with industry accounts and industry-related associations and networks
· Generate new leads through an online package on our brand website.
· Upsell of packages and conversion of sales inquiries.
· Ensure BEO are submitted to Montigo Resorts, Nongsa 7 days prior to group arrival.
· Schedule calls for group coordination with the operations team prior to group arrival.
· Coordinate with clients (not limited to Corporate & Travel agents) on all group details and coordinate with the operations team at the Resort.
· Handle all roadshows requirements for the corporate team including but not limited to flyers preparation.
· Ensure both Corporate and Travel Agents client’s databases are updated.
· Ensure all contracts are updated and filed in the respective Company folders.
· Appropriately dressed in business attire as set out in the hotel’s Human Resources hygiene and presentation code of conduct
· Communicate guests’ requirements effectively to the Operations team
· Timely submission of weekly and monthly sales reports and accounts reviews.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Sales and Revenue
· To maximize sales and revenue by providing good service and upselling
· Promote, recommend and upsell all Food and Beverage activities, Resort room nights and KOP Properties
