• Execute events and activities according to the Master Schedule (equip IBO with relevant skills).

• Update and disseminate department's training material/tools and support all network development activities.

• To organize and publicize all recruitment support activities before new campaigns are announced (to attract new IBO recruits).

• Ensure event related communication across all media is current, correct and delivered on time.

• To ensure and confirm date, venue and speakers for all events and activities.

• Liaise with keynote speakers/ presenters and co-ordinate all aspects of their involvement in the event.

• Coordinate post-event activities (post mortem) and prepare full report.

To manage and execute all sales and events operation; internal and external while ensuring that all logistic requirements are carried out according to the event plans.

Hygiene and Safety Standards

1. Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
2. Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
3. Ensure events follow local security, Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
4. Ensure that all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are complied with, as well as understood and adhered to by the whole team, including sub-contractors.

Event Sales & Operation

1. Responsible for event sales and operations.
2. Assist with facilitation of workshops and tours
3. Function as the main point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and positively representing the company to corporate clients over the phone, email and in person.
4. Responding to all client enquiries within a 24-hour period.
5. Generate new leads.
6. Consult with clients to determine objectives, requirements, and budget for events.
7. Prepare and submit formal proposals and event decks tailored to client’s specifications while maximizing returns to the Company.
8. Meet and greet clients, attend site visits, pre-planning meetings and other venue meetings as necessary to support event guest experience.
9. Maintain existing client relationships and generate new relationships.
10. Responsible for ensuring all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately
11. Effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders on event order, timelines, special requirements, feedback, etc.
12. Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events.

Description
Responsibilities:

To assist general administrative duties, from pre-sales to order processing and after sales service.
To assist phone enquiries.
To handle distributors for quotation, stock availability and shipments.
To assist in preparing & distributing the report timely.
Responsible for maintaining a high level standard of customer service and good customer-relations.
To assist in project coordination and management with on site technicians and supervisors.
To assist in inventory planning, replenish stock and conduct stock take.
Any other ad-hoc assignments given

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
1-2 year working experience is preferred.
Must be PC literate.
Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent, self motivated and able to work effectively to meet operation objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

5.5 Days Work Week :
- Monday to Friday ( 9.00 am to 5.00 pm )
- Saturday ( 9.00 am to 12.00 pm )


Annual bonuses vary from 1 to 4 months++, depending on company business and work performance.
