Job Responsibilities: -

1.      To call customers and follow up on the contract renewal and outstanding

         payments

2.      To update customers’ information and details in the system

3.      To ensure monthly collection have been paid to meet the target

4.      To issue reminders, statement of account and invoices to client

5.      To prepare reports on collection activities

6.      Perform other related duties as and when is required

Job Requirements: -

1.      Candidate must pass at least SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent level

2.      Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

3.      Able to communicate effectively with various types of customers

4.      Able to perform good collection result

Job Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and maintain daily work progress at site
• To coordinate with Safety Department pertaining to safety matter at job site.
• To review structural drawings.
• Responsible on architectural and relevant design.
• To provide effective support to managers and executives of the department and other clerical duties.
• To carry out inspection for work done at site as well as maintaining such records
• To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
• Responsible for reviewing the design and functionality of the products and implement necessary improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)

Job Responsibilities :

- Familiar with online marketing platform and social media.

- General office administration.

- Consult and support sales activities.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide necessary support and services to sales staff of the Company in the execution of day-to-day sales functions.
• Prepares various documents such as sales schedules, reports, and statistics as directed for managerial review.
• Responsible for generating quotations, agreements, correspondence, delivery orders / invoices, confirmation of orders for the Sales Department.
• Maintain an efficient control system of records, communications and correspondence.
• Collate sales records and prepare agreements and other documents in connection with sales and deliveries.
• Answer enquiries, receive customers’ complaints and coordinates with other related areas/personnel in-charge concerning proper operating procedures.
• Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in any field.
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
• 1 Full Time positions available.
