Job Description
● The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for closing sales, lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects.
● As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel (5-10 BDE’s) in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long-term sales strategy.
● Implement the sales strategy decided by the top management.
● Ensure the daily sales operations - input metrics like talktime,dialed calls, average TT, demos booked, AHT and output metrics like daily RR, Weekly RR and Monthly RR are maintained individually and for the team.
● Maintaining the sales daily target and ensuring on time completion of the given target.
● Manage the sales process (Inbound/bound leads)
● Train, Mentor and provide guidance to junior members in the team.
● Building your own network and developing relationships with potential clients.
● Bring your A-game: Are self-Driven, have a street-smart attitude, and have excellent presentation skills
● Display enthusiasm: Are keen to own an end-to-end sales cycle
