Role Overview:
As the Senior HR Manager / Assistant HR Director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you'll be at the forefront of driving HR transformation and operational efficiency within our team. Your role is pivotal, offering professional HR advice to business stakeholders and senior management, shaping our regional HR approach to support the company's business objectives. You'll serve as a strategic partner and HR business partner (HRBP), guiding various stakeholders and influencing workforce practices and culture across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR subsystems, ensuring they effectively drive business results.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior management, providing guidance on workforce-related issues.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and enhance HR strategies and policies aligned with our objectives.
- Maintain digital HR systems, ensuring compliance and reviewing procedures as needed.
- Establish key talent management initiatives, fostering a high-performing culture and attracting top talent.
- Establish a comprehensive total rewards platform, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Stay updated on employment regulations and propose innovative HR methodologies to boost employee motivation.
- Lead the HR team in developing engaging strategies aligned with our organizational values.
- Cultivate a vibrant workplace culture, utilizing our collective talent to create a supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 years of progressive HR experience, with 7 years in a leadership role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and APAC employment laws.
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives and providing strategic guidance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in Manufacturing in Electronic or Pharmaceutical industries is advantageous.
