Job Responsibilities

1. End-of-period Closing Functions:

• Review balance sheet open items and analyze journal and ledger entries.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure timely capitalization of fixed assets.
• Coordinate the year-end audit process.

2. Reporting:

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and corporate reporting.
• Coordinate and compile essential information for tax queries raised by tax agents.

3. Support for the Annual Budgetary Process

• Prepare the Yearly Budgetary Plan biannually.
• Aid annual stocktake by performing data mapping, verification, and report generation.
• Oversee annual Fixed Asset sighting and audit.

4. Implementation of Annual Standard Cost

• Review annual purchase prices.
• Update existing manufacturing costs and allocate fixed costs based on the annual budget.
• Aggregate component costs in the accounting system.
• Conduct inventory revaluation in the system.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Strong skills in data analysis with knowledge of SQL and Power applications.
• Familiarity with SAP system.
