We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects, with a particular emphasis on S/4HANA migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in consulting, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Industrial experience in Aerospace, Defense, Marine, Urban Solutions, and MRO, along with a minimum of 5 cycles of implementations and rollout projects, would be advantageous. The SAP Program Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our SAP programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering tangible business value to our business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects, including brownfield, Smartfield/Bluefield approaches.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocations to meet financial targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates and executive briefings to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or another field.
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, preferably in brownfield, smart, or bluefield environments.
• Minimum of 5 cycles of implementations and rollout projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools, with a deep understanding of SAP modules and solutions.
• Experience working in Aerospace, Defense, Marine, Urban Solutions, MRO industries is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and experience of global implementations is mandatory.

3. Use SAP HCM, SAP adhoc queries and/or Microsoft Office tools to profile data for issue and

discrepancies.

4. Propose, document and implement improvements to the current work processes to increase

efficiency and/or to avoid audit issues.

Pre-requisite for Junior Data Patching Administrator

1. Should possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering

or Equivalent
