Key Responsibilities:
▪ Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) for IT-related supplies and services.
▪ Process invoices and ensure timely payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
▪ Coordinate and follow up on signatories for approval processes and documentation.
▪ Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
▪ Assist in organizing meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistical support.
▪ Facilitate reservation arrangements for restaurants and other business-related events.
▪ Assist in organising events for the ICT team, including team building, employee engagement and team bonding activities
▪ Assist in efficiently managing the calendar for the ICT Director, scheduling and organizing appointments.
▪ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
▪ Stay informed about relevant industry trends and updates to enhance administrative procedures.
Requirements:
▪ Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an IT environment.
▪ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
▪ Proficiency in office software and tools, including calendar management.
▪ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
▪ Familiarity with procurement processes and invoice management.
▪ Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
▪ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
▪ Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
