Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for maintaining daily correspondence between dealerships and BYD Malaysia.
• Oversee and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of dealerships, while informing and consulting them about BYD Malaysia's sales quality processes and dealer standards.
• Coach and encourage dealers to improve business processes, customer satisfaction, volume, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of overall sales process quality.
• Implement and follow up on sales processes to improve dealers' operational efficiency.
• Define and achieve targets for profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and establish an overall business plan with budgets, market and activity plans, etc.
• Ensure dealers have the necessary personnel, financial resources, and local support to achieve their targets.
• Initiate and plan for ground/online activities to increase sales.
• Analyse sales development, profitability, and results per dealer, and implement action plans when required.
• Conduct regular and surprise checks on outlet operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in sales, dealership management, or work experience in dealership business.
• Strong knowledge of dealer sales and business processes.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Well-developed organization and people management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Flexible and willing to travel extensively, sometimes outside of regular working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Define project goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
• Organise, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures,processes and systems.
• Educate employees in methods to ensure project continuity and completeness.
• Create detailed task lists and work effort assessment.

• Familiarity in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Knowledgeable with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.

The day-to-day activities:

• Support strategy development and implementation for Grab’s Public Affairs country teams:
  • Work with Grab’s country public affairs teams to analyse and provide insights on public policy issues, develop positions and advocacy recommendations to advance Grab’s agenda
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans and initiatives related to Grab’s public affairs objectives
  • Orchestrate efforts across different Grab teams to develop and implement a coordinated and robust approach in business operations, to address public policy topics
• Support Grab’s thought leadership efforts on public affairs:
  • Support research on public policy issues that are at the intersection of technology and society
  • Work with other teams at Grab to execute campaigns that drive thought leadership and dialogues on key topics, e.g. through planning of dialogues, forums, roundtable discussions, policy programmes etc.
  • Develop effective thought-leadership platforms, and maintain a pipeline of digital content (e.g. policy position papers, publications, blog posts, podcasts, op-eds etc.) to catalyse conversations and foster meaningful engagements
• Advance strategic engagements and institutional relations for Grab:
  • Establish key partnerships with appropriate external stakeholders across government, international organisations, academia, non-profit and private sectors

Job Responsibilities

• Leads regional Power Tools (PT) Offline Touch points Team to translate and implement Power Tools (PT) brand strategies and Business Unit (BU) Country Management (MKCs) on all offline touch points.
• Leads regional implementation of brand strategies across all offline touch points.
• Ensures consistent implementation of offline touch points in countries and achievement of Marketing Return on Investment (ROI).

Job Tasks

• Provides offline trend related input to long-term regional and Business Unit (BU) brand strategies to achieve preferred choice for PRO/DIY users in the region and clear differentiation, enhancing better customer loyalty and increasing MarCom effectiveness.
• Leads team which details out and implements brand strategies across all Ps and offline touch points in the region.
• Ensures touch point management is based on regional user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behavior.
• Ensures touch point implementations achieve Marketing KPIs, incl. Brand health and development of corrective actions.
• Represent region in cross-Business Unit (BU) / regional offline touch point related projects.
• Guides, coaches and develops Marketing team members.
