• Relevant post-graduate professional qualifications such as risk management, information technology, project management, data analysis, engineering, law, process improvement, commerce, CA, CPA or CIA
• Strong Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, Process Improvement, Business Analyst, Data Analysis, Project Management, Operational or External Audit experience in a professional services firm or industry
• Highly developed report writing, communication and presentation skills desirable.
Business Transformation
• Experience or exposure to the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean or Six Sigma

Your Experience
We are seeking individuals at the Manager to Director level to join our Deal Advisory team, with the below skillsets:
Debt Advisory
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar, with a strong academic record and ability to commence / continue relevant post graduate studies (CFA, CA, Master’s in Finance)
• Preference for current experience in securitisation transactions from a client facing role within a major Bank, Advisory firm, Investment Bank or commercial environment
• Have a questioning mind and demonstrate willingness to learn and support the wider team, both locally and nationally
Transaction Services
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar, with a strong academic record and ability to commence / continue relevant post graduate studies (CFA, CA, Master’s in Finance)
• A degree in Commerce or Finance and/or a professional accounting or finance qualification is expected and one to three years’ experience in a valuation or similar commercial environment will be beneficial
• Transactions Services or Audit experience is highly advantageous.
Valuations
• Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and report writing skills
• Experience in excel-based financial analysis and advantageous if you have financial modelling capabilities
