Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for our Joint Health & Regenerative Medicine portfolio. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies, while also leading the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals and consumers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans for Joint Health & Regenerative Medicine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of brand strategies.
- Lead development of marketing materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Plan marketing events aligned with strategies.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage training materials for product training.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns in highly competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
