Job Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant managerial experience in the marine, aviation, or similar industries are required, along with a degree in engineering or quality assurance, or an equivalent.
• Qualified internal/lead auditor according to ISO9001:2015.
• Passing the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Exam with distinction.
• It will be advantageous to be able to comprehend CMM, especially the illustrated part listing (IPL) and the special equipment and tooling listing.
• Ideally has prior experience communicating with OEMs to expand capabilities.
• Lean, Kaizen, and 5S certification or expertise; or familiarity with standard quality tools and practices.
• Familiarity with pertinent standards and the capacity to learn about the guidelines pertaining to the quality systems unique to the aviation, maritime, and military sectors;

Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a leading engineering and maintenance provider, for a QA Engineer based just south of Reading. This company are involved in various industries from food and beverage, Pharma, Nuclear, Chemical and Oil and Gas.

The position of Quality Assurance Engineer will be on a 6 Month contract basis and due to the nature of the project, the successful candidates will need to undergo a security clearance.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting internal audits, in accordance with the published project audit programme, and produce reports in relation to audit outcomes.

Responsible for the provision of Quality related advice and guidance to the Project

Responsible for liaising with Project Quality Control inspectors, providing assurance that all Hold Points/ Witness Points are met in a compliant manner.

Responsible for validating the implementation and effectiveness of Project corrective actions resulting from internal/ external audits.

To promote a safety-first culture, conducting walk rounds and intervening constructively to highlight or challenge unsafe or perceived unsafe actions.

Prepare Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs) as appropriate and review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans and supporting QA documentation

Liaise with all relevant Project stakeholders in relation to the preparation and submission of Project quality requirements and supporting documentation

Experience & Qualifications

Current knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems in nuclear or civil construction.

Experience using problem resolution tools and techniques with the ability to articulate their use in a given situation.

Development of project QA documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs etc) and review of supplier QA documentation with experience in internal audits of management systems, commuting the outcomes

The ability to understand and interpret ISO Management System Standards, technical drawings and specifications is desirable.

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential

Good communication and report writing skills

+3 years' experience working in a highly regulated industry (Nuclear/Oil & Gas/Aviation, Construction)

Duty & Responsibilities

• To schedule quality related Internal Audit, GMP Audit and preparation of annual management review meeting.
• Maintain all certified management systems (Quality, Environment, HACCP, Food Safety, Organic, RSPO, SEDEX etc.).

Requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Thoroughly test various functional modules of mobile game products to identify and document bugs, glitches and performance issues.
• Proactive communication with relevant personnels in the project team, promptly follow up on defects/ bug fixes and complete the closed-loop to ensure the smooth release of the project.
• Write and execute test plans and test cases for specific project modules, and submit relevant test reports.
• Based on the characteristics of the overall development team, formulate reasonable and efficient testing processes and continuously optimize them.
• Develop and improve specialized testing processes and standards, including but not limited to testing of complex gameplay functions - interface testing, backend testing, performance testing, stress testing, and compatibility testing.
• Provide feedbacks on game mechanics, gameplay and overall user experience

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Have relevant work experience in software testing, eg: Chess / Card Games
• Familiar with software testing processes and experience in creating and executing test cases. Experience with testing chess and card games projects is best preferred.
• Clear and rigorous thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for chess and card games, ability to quickly familiarize oneself and explore the characteristics of games, adept at identifying game defects, and pointing out product deficiencies.
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent collaboration skills.
• Good decent literacy and communication skills in both English and Chinese is vital as close collaboration within the team will be required.
• Comfortable communicating in Mandarin and English within our team
• Strong attention to details and committed to meeting deadlines
