• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about Comcast services and products
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback to management
• Assisting customers with billing and technical queries
• Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer records
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and satisfaction
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Adhering to customer service policies and procedures

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Undergraduate candidates with 06+ months of experience in international Customer support
• Graduate Freshers with excellent verbal and written English language skills are considered
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
