Job Purpose

Ensure that Accounts Payable and GL accounting processes are in line with established accounting systems, policies andprocedures, conforms to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and in full compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

Active involvement in the timely delivery of company financial reports, implementation of established internal costcontrol and helps ensure protection of the assets of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidation of company accounts e g. checking and reconciliation of prior period figures to be carried forward
• Maintaining reports and details of general ledger accounts
• Maintaining and supervising Purchasing/Inventory Control System (AIS and Inventory Master).
• Troubleshooting and liaising with respective personnel for outstanding issues or problems
• Assisting in all general ledger tasks, including but not limited to intercompany transactions and accruals.
• Proper journal, account reconciliation, maintenance and consistent updating of all accounting schedules.
• Maintaining proper control on company assets
• Preparation of construction account, liaising with project personnel and contractor, updates on supplier WIP reports.
• Assist in budgetary and reporting process

·       Market and grow SME Plus loans and process cases via EOS.

·       Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit related matters within the SLA, and provide basic advise and services to meet customers’ needs.

職責

• 透過確定正確的目標受眾和社會影響，制定和領導數位媒體參與策略，包括指南、目標和程序。

• 監督數位專案並確保所有數位工具和應用程式（例如網站、部落格和社交媒體）順利運行
• 培訓內部團隊使用數位技術
• 建立和管理線上廣告活動。
• 研究並確定新的社交網路來接觸我們的目標客戶。
• 利用受眾洞察和分析來持續改善使用者體驗
• 管理和協同數位化中的各個領域，並將系統和流程落實到位以供團隊遵循（SOP）
• 管理所有社交媒體管道、活動（包括電子郵件），以維持引人入勝的受眾體驗並提高受眾滿意度。
  包括但不限於為公司和客戶規劃、開發、實施和管理整體數位行銷策略。
• 監控、研究和分析社群媒體趨勢、廣告收入和網路訪客數據，以提高社群媒體影響力和活動效果。
• 業務發展 – 根據總經理設定的 KPI 在客戶和新客戶中有機發展

要求

• 至少擁有傳播/行銷/媒體研究或同等學歷的認證。
• 至少 5 年數位媒體平台和/數位代理商相關工作經驗
• 擁有文案寫作、內容創作、客戶服務、數位分析、數位廣告購買和品牌行銷的經驗。
• 所需技能：管理各種社群媒體平台，例如 Facebook、Instagram、Twitter
• 能夠處理多項任務並與團隊成員有效溝通，以可靠地執行專案。
• 能夠獨立和團隊合作，並能夠在緊迫的期限內完成工作。
• 良好的英語口語和書寫能力以及馬來語。
• 良好的態度和在壓力下良好工作的能力是必須的。
• 必要時願意延長工作時間。

• 與其他部門合作，確保採用一致的方法來擴展市場並提高客戶滿意度。
• 確保後續線索在預約後 30 天內得到適當的解決。
• 確保所有呼叫都能解決，維持高標準的客戶服務和營運效率。
• 準確管理財務交易日誌，以便向客戶開立帳單，並讓結算者準確收到佣金。
• 管理全職終結員的生產力，確保他們在非活動期間保持生產力。
• 確定額外的創收機會。
• 制定策略以盡量減少應收付款之間的差距。

• 管理客戶經理，確保客戶關係得到良好維護，並根據既定協議提前做好活動/行銷活動的準備。
