• Ensure policy documents are processed accurately, checked and approved within delegated authority and delivered timely in accordance with Service Standards stipulated
• Compile data on insurance policy changes
• Change policy records to conform to insured party’s specifications.
• Verify the accuracy of insurance company records.
• Ensure proper file records of policy documentation is maintained
• Liaise with Underwriters, Distribution team, Intermediaries on records and data accuracy
• Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess O or A Level, experience in Marine Insurance/ Maritime will be an added advantage
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in Policy Administration operations in the insurance sector

Job Details:

• Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
• Salary: Up to S$3200
• Location: Nanyang Avenue

Responsibilities

• Understanding the current policies and procedures in each school across College to achieve process synchronization, enable auto coverage of duties with minimum downtime.
• Ensuring that requests and claims are in accordance with the University’s guidelines.
• In-charge of School stationery inventory system such as purchases, distribution, and stock take.
• Providing timely advice for queries raised by stakeholders relating to Finance and Procurement
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in accountancy
• Ability to understand systems quickly
• Adaptable, collaborative and patience
