What you'll need to succeed
Whilst experience working in L&D would be a distinct advantage, it is not essential as these processes can be trained. Able to work with absolute confidentiality, you will be used to working with integrity and feel empowered to work with a high degree of autonomy, but know when to escalate for additional support. With exceptional standards of written and verbal communication, you will have a natural flare for customer service and be able to deliver excellence in a professional, courteous and considered way. A natural problem solver, your ability to innovatively tackle unexpected issues with solutions will set you apart in this post! You will be values driven, and thrive in an environment that encourages 'doing the right thing'.
