角色和職責：

• 與專案團隊合作進行行銷滲透活動，從行銷活動中產生銷售線索，並追蹤所有行銷銷售線索，以幫助實現培訓收入。
• 支援行銷團隊創建有效的滲透活動，並針對不同的客戶角色調整行銷訊息。
• ·分析客戶的需求和體驗，並向專案團隊提供回饋，以提高專案對客戶的價值。
• 更新 CRM 中的聯絡人、潛在客戶和機會等客戶訊息，並將公司潛在客戶指派給客戶經理以進行後續操作。
• 全面、持續地了解產品、計劃和促銷策略，並向客戶傳達準確且相關的訊息。
• 支持外部合作夥伴為培訓計畫提供及時、準確的資訊。
• 管理培訓收入績效，提供活動成果的定期報告和更新，並就活動增強提供建議；分析、討論並獲取行銷團隊的回饋以進行改進。

要求：

• 最低文憑或學位（商業相關優先）
• 至少1年銷售或客戶服務相關行業工作經驗
• 以客戶為導向，具有強大的商業頭腦和銷售驅動力

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Work with Programme Team on marketing penetration activities, generate leads from marketing campaigns and follow up on all marketing leads to help achieve training revenue.
• Support the Marketing Team to create effective penetration activities and align marketing messaging for the various customer personas.
• Analyse the needs and experiences of the customers and provide feedback to the Programme Team for enhancing the programme's value to the customers.
• Update customer information such as contacts, leads and opportunities in CRM and assign corporate leads to Account Managers for follow-up actions. 
• Gain a complete and on-going understanding of the products, programmes, and promotion strategies and convey accurate and relevant information to customers. 
• Support external partners in providing prompt and accurate information for the training programmes.
• Manage training revenue performance, provide regular reports and updates on the campaign outcomes and advise on activities enhancement; analyse, discuss and obtain feedback from Marketing team for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or degree (business related preferred)
• At least 1 years of working experience in sales or customer services-related industry
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and sales-driven
• Highly analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Responsible at work and capable to work individually

Responsibilities: 

• Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email. 
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion. 
• Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally. 
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. 
• Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices. 

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM certificate 
• 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would be a distinct advantage). 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services. 
• Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required). 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Fluent in Mandarin and English including written and verbal communication skills, Japanese would be a plus!  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving. 
• Able to start within short notice period.
