Summary:

The Position

Reporting and working closely with the Group Financial Controller, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing full sets of accounts, financial statements, management accounts, and ensuring the timely closure of accounts. You will engage with stakeholders and the Finance Shared Service team to prepare financial reports, tax reports, statutory reports, and any other required ad-hoc reports. Sincere Healthcare Group is looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic accounting team in Singapore.

Position Objective

The Finance Manager holds the responsibility of managing the Finance Department and to ensure all processes in the department are carried out in accordance to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Budgeting, financial/business forecasting and reviews, managing accounting/financial performance and conditions, monthly financial and management accounts/reports for the Company’s group of companies and medical centres;
• New projects’ financial planning, reviews and control;
• Managing the group of companies’ business agreements, contracts with doctors, business partners and vendors, including monitoring compliances and performance;
• Reviewing overseas accounts and reports;
• Working with auditors, bankers, tax agents and relevant external service providers;
• Ensuring timely internal controls and compliance with guidelines set by the regulatory agencies;
• Overseeing daily finance functions, and supervising and leading a team to achieve the key performance indicators set;
• Ensuring adequate internal controls and compliance with guidelines set by the regulatory agencies;
• Reviewing or preparing group consolidation package for management on a quarterly basis;
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or professional accounting qualification with CPA or CA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Finance Team Lead/ Finance Manager
• Thorough understanding of banking payment process, local tax regulations, audit process, and the ability to interact with senior management, external auditor, tax authority, and other agencies.
• Knowledge of Malaysia and China Accounting Standard and Taxation.
• Knowledge in Autocount accounting system and Plato clinical management system.
