Full job description
1. To organize and ensure the smooth implementation of all ONLINE & OFFLINE marketing, advertising, events, product launch and promotion campaigns.
2. Co-operate with in-house Digital team for company social media channels for marketing promotion on daily basis by sourcing and sharing daily contents that builds meaningful connections and encourages target customers to take actions.
3. To provide onsite retail and event support and other related assignments.
4. To attend events to facilitate operations and responds to emergencies, problems, ensures all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plan.
5. To arrange product training; allocate/hire promoters, potential events sourcing and booking.
6. To allocate and distribute A&P materials to branches, retail outlets and resellers.
7. To liaise with in-house designer and vendor, and develop marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, posters and etc).
8. To work closely and support others team such as retail outlets, operation, accounts, warehouse and other departments in the administration of daily marketing tasks and duties smoothly and efficiently.
9. To generate reports for effectiveness of marketing projects/activities.
10. Other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing and Mass Communications, Business Administrative or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 years working experience in related field is required for Executive Level.
- Able to participate in sales and event when required
- Ability to converse in English, Chinese, Malay & other dialects will be an added advantage
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel and attend for company events.
- Responsible, Resourceful, dedicated and committed to work
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to work on Holiday(s) and weekend(s) or any events
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
