Responsibilities:

• Manage full set accounts following accounting principles and comply with financial policies and regulations
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Cash flow management
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Manage employees payroll
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Any others job scope which under Accounts jurisdiction will add or review from time to time for process improvement as well overall efficiency and results

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Senior Account Executive position
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel skills
• Familiar with accounting standards, financial policies and regulations
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for driving Caldbeck’s Wines and Spirits brand performance, awareness and stocks availability across all sales channel.
• Taking of Orders and implementing In-Store merchandising to increase product visibility and ensuring stock levels are maintained adequately.
• Providing insightful and actionable market / competitor’s information feedbacks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in alcohol industry.
• Willing to travel and work beyond usual working hours
• Proficiency in English
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
