La Côte d’Ivoire, à l’instar des autres pays, a accueillie en décembre 2023 un atelier d’évaluation externe les 4 au 8 décembre 2023 à Abidjan. Le pays a conduit, avec l’appui de l’OMS et des autres partenaires,  l’exercice d’évaluation Externe, selon les recommandations du Groupe d’experts OMS chargés de l’évaluation externe. Le but était d’évaluer les capacités des 19 domaines pour une application correcte du RSI 2005. Dans le processus post-évaluation deux jalons importants sont attendus : Le plan stratégique une seule santé  2023-2027 et le Plan d’Action National de Sécurité Sanitaire (PANSS) 2023-2027. Il s’agit de renforcer la coordination  des activités multisectorielles et collaboratives.

De plus, un consultant sera recruté pour fournir une assistance technique à la plateforme nationale dans le but de mettre à disposition tous les documents techniques nécessaires et conformément à la demande de la coordination nationale une seule santé.  Par exemple, l'ensemble des outils à mettre en place qui permettront d'intégrer les priorités et les grands axes qui permettront d'élaborer le plan d'action national de sécurité sanitaire 2023–2027(PANSS) comprend le plan stratégique une santé.

La mise en commun de toutes les expertise nationales est nécessaire sous la coordination de la plateforme une seule santé et le secrétariat one Heath, les différents partenaires. Ces documents permettront d’adresser les défis dans chaque domaine dans le cadre de la sécurité sanitaire mondiale.

QUALIFICATIONS

Le/la Consultant(e) devra être titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (BAC +5) et :

• Avoir une expérience d'au-moins quinze (15) ans dans la gestion et la mise en œuvre de projets de santé ou de développement                    

• Avoir participé au moins à l’élaboration d’au moins plusieurs soumissions des pays (en côte d’Ivoire ou en Afrique subsaharienne) pour les financements banque mondiale, fonds mondial de lutte contre le sida, la tuberculose et du paludisme etc.

• Avoir une expérience dans l’élaboration des plan action opérationnel de programme de santé et développement .

• Avoir participé à l’élaboration d’au moins deux soumissions aux bailleurs sur le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles des systèmes de santé humaine ou de santé animale  en Côte d’Ivoire et/ou en Afrique subsaharienne  ;

• Expériences dans l’identification des récipiendaires et des sous récipiendaires des fonds dans au moins deux pays de l’Afrique subsaharien

• Avoir une connaissance du système de santé de la Côte d’Ivoire

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure (ingénieur ou équivalent) en informatique avec une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en cybersécurité et justifiez d’une expérience opérationnelle en Cybersécurité des systèmes Embarqués et/ou OT (véhicules, aéronautique, Box, hardware, etc…) et/ou du Hardware et/ou Software Embarqué.

Vous maitrisez les méthodes d’analyse de risques cyber et avez déjà mené ces dernières.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences techniques et votre capacité à conseiller en cybersécurité les différentes parties prenantes des projets.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et savez prendre du recul pour anticiper les situations. Vous faites preuve de curiosité et vous aimez vous informer sur les actualités en cybersécurité. Vous aimez partager vos connaissances et découvertes avec votre équipe. Votre bon relationnel et sens de l’écoute, votre pédagogie vous permettent de construire une relation de confiance avec vos collègues et les clients.

The Company:

• Maid agency in Singapore speclise in providing high-quality Philippine maids to households.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of administrative tasks associated with maid recruitment and placement.
• Efficiently handle Work Permit applications in coordination with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Arrange suitable accommodation and meals for maids, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Drive sales and business growth through active client engagement and relationship building.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between maids and employers.
• Perform regular follow-ups and client visits post-placement to ensure continued service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration, sales, or related fields, preferably within the maid agency sector.
• Diploma or higher in any relevant discipline.
• Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Proactive, independent worker with a strong customer service orientation.
