Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Analysis:

• Conduct hazard analysis, risk assessments, and safety integrity level (SIL) assessments to identify potential safety risks associated with products and systems.
• Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to evaluate the impact of potential failures on system safety.

2. Compliance and Standards:

3. Safety Requirements:

4. Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to functional safety, including safety plans, reports, and safety cases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in functional/system safety engineering, preferably in industries such as automotive, defense, or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of safety analysis techniques, including FMEA and FTA.
• Experience with safety-critical systems and knowledge of hardware and software safety mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in product development is a plus
• Experience in intelligent transportation and/or autonomous vehicle system development is preferred
• Certification in functional safety (e.g., CFSP) is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise sub-contractors work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Document and manage the technical datasheets, specifications, and all piping-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that safety regulations are being compiled on-site.
• Prepare inspection reports for material & site installation inspection.

Job Requirements

• Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/Revit would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspection and follow up closely with contractors on any rectification /repair on critical fire and building equipment
• Conduct daily check to ensure building emergency escape route are free from obstruction
• Conduct fire safety training, fire drills, table-top exercise and other fire related activities for all staff
• Assist and work closely with the facility manager to ensure smooth running and operations of site which including liaison with landlord/tenants
• Ensure proper and timely submission of documents for compliance to respective regulatory bodies and customer’s requirement including monthly inspection report
• Implement fire safety procedures and conduct fire drills and other crisis management campaign
• Review, formulate and update fire emergency plan and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance to customer’s requirement

Job Requirement

• Must be a certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) by SCDF
• Diploma/Degree in Property/Building Management, Facility and/or Engineering field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in commercial, industrial, hospital or hospitality environment

Responsibilities:
