About the role:

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout the fiscal year to achieve department goals.

About the role: The Construction Manager reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for managing and executing the construction works and plans at the yard. He leads the Contractor’s multi-disciplinary construction team and coordinates with the yard construction team to ensure that the project meets the technicalities of construction requirements, cost is within the budgeted amount and construction standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all site execution by planning, managing, and coordinating construction execution strategy, preservation and day-to-day activities. Provide overall technical direction the construction. Coordinates project execution and planning with the relevant parties,
departments and agencies.
• Responsible for the formulation of the construction delivery schedule; upon the execution of the project, responsible for the constant review of the timeline and re-arrange and deploy resources and manpower, where needed, to meet the targeted schedule.

About you:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction with 10 years of work experience, or master’s degree in the same discipline with 8 years of work experience.

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in EPC of onshore/offshore Oil & Gas or FPSO projects.

• Track Record in Site Construction Execution.

• Basic understanding of construction management, project management, construction methodology principles, quality assurance and HSSE requirements.
